I’ve often been told that my ideas are too big, that I do too much, and that it’s all “just a lot”.

But, what I have come to realize is that we only have one shot at this life and when I come to my end I want to be empty.

I am an actor, a director, a choreographer, a puppeteer, a singer, a dancer, a musician, a producer, a researcher, a teacher, a student, a coach, a mentor, a gardener, a hooker (rugs), a single mother, and a podcast host.

As the daughter of a scientist and arts administrator, my ideas of combining arts and science started at a very young age
