The first module of the European Association of Urologists Talent Incubator Programme specifically targeted individual leadership and communication skill sets. Each presentation enhanced non-medical competencies such as work and time management; conflict resolution; building professional relationships; leadership skills, and excelling in providing more homogeneous urological care.
